Trends to Try: Chocolate Brown for Fall

Fall is the perfect time for a refresh. We are in the middle of the year and often we find ourselves reevaluating our current plans and finding out if they are working for us.

I am currently looking at my sleep cycle and determining what tweaks I need to make to get more blissful sleep. I am looking at my day-to-day responsibilities and determining what things need to stay, be delegated, or let go. I am also looking at ways I can bring more peace and calm into my life,really diving deep into my priorities and values, and removing anything that no longer serves me. I want to end this year feeling accomplished and feeling good.

This autumn is also an ideal time to refresh your fashion. I am so excited to tuck away my summer pieces for items that create comfort and familiarity.
