Red is dazzling, warm, vibrant and sexy. It holds deep meaning and has been painted or dyed on iconic items, as the red sole of Louboutin’s shoes. Can you not relate this pair of pumps to wealth, power and even some danger? 

An interesting fact is that during the Tudor era, Henry VIII even created a strict code regarding apparel. Red was one of the most controlled colors, dedicated to the most powerful ones only. Ranks under knight or garter could not wear crimson velvet or could face some substantial fines.

Fast forward to the present, this is a color related to intense emotions and can definitely be an ego boost for those wearing it. You don’t need to pay any fines to feel sexy and confident! So why not embrace it?

While I was wearing this Sexymodest dress, called the Monaco, I could feel the immediate impact of the color on me and on others. I am a confident woman, but a red dress can always make you feel more powerful and determined. And this is also noticed by others around you. Studies say men feel more attracted to women in red. I can’t disagree since it makes us show ourselves with more confidence. Humans are highly sensitive, and this is a color that satisfies our senses.

The Monaco dress has a higher round neck and a thicker stretchy fabric, making this an elegant outfit. The waist tie highlight your curves, but in a controlled way.
