Red was never my color of choice for as long as I can remember. Do you recall my style post last December where I shared with you my insecurity about wearing the color red? I felt that the color red was only reserved to the most beautiful and confident of women. I didn’t consider myself to be one of them.
I received over 50 comments about the red sweater I wore — the support and compliments astounded me! You guys surprise me and told me RED was my color!?! I was honestly flabbergasted — that style post changed my life. The color red changed has my life. So, when I spotted this red lace dress from Shein there was an immediate natural attraction.

I mentioned in Monday’s style post, I simply have no time to shop! This lack of time has honed my skills of online shopping with ease and purpose. Here are a few tips for successful online shopping: sign up for company’s emails for sales alert, be familiar with your body measurements & store’s own sizing charts, and order from companies that have flexible shipping and easy return policies like Amazon, Shein, and Nordstrom.
Back to this beauty right here! Every women needs a red lace dress in their closet. This one from Shein is perfect for so many reasons; but, the two that stand out clearly for me is that it is versatile and well priced. You can wear this red lace dress dressed up in heels and glamorous jewelry and dressed down with a cropped denim jacket and casual accessories. This is a perfect casual dress for spring and summer!
