Kitchen burn-out is a real thing, guys! I am experiencing it myself. Our kitchen remodeling is still going on. It has been 4 months since the project started. But to be honest, I don’t see an end in sight. I am cooking out of our laundry room. Thankfully, I have our microwave (which will give up the ghost soon), two Instant Pots, and a single portable induction countertop cooktop burner — fun times. I truly consider myself a pioneer woman because I have made some amazing meals with just these few items, such as chicken curry, fried rice, and even rice krispies. But all of this planning and innovating is exhausting. I am experiencing kitchen burn-out to the nth degree.
Thank goodness for my friends at HelloFresh, who have come to rescue my kitchen code red. Their meals are easy to prepare and include simple recipes that will transform the way you feel about cooking in a snap. It doesn’t matter if you are new to cooking or a seasoned cook. HelloFresh will give you a good dose of kitchen confidence or fine-tune your current culinary skills.

I love variety in foods, and this means I will have to shop several times a week at a few different stores, and it gets tiring. With HelloFresh, they offer an ever-changing menu, with yummy dishes to choose from each week that you and your family will love. My time is precious. And as much as I do enjoy cooking, I don’t want to spend forever slaving away in the kitchen because, after a while, I start feeling resentful. I am happy to report that when I use HelloFresh, I don’t spend all night preparing dinner because the recipes take only 30 minutes. You will also jump for joy with their easy, step-by-step instructions and pre-measured ingredients.
Also, I love that I am in control with the help of this meal-kit service. I can easily change up which day my delivery arrives or pause it for weeks when I travel or have family in town. If you are struggling with prepping meals for your family, know that you are not alone. It is important for me to have family meals at home as many times as possible during the week. Having the family together is so special to Albert and me, and mealtimes are some of our favorite ways to connect. Easy dinners are made “easy” with a meal-kit service. I invite you to try one, as HelloFresh can help you find a groove that makes cooking new and delicious meals fun and exciting week after week.
Though, I don’t have an oven to use…I have been able to improvise the cooking steps. Remember, I am a self-proclaimed pioneer woman! For example, tonight our family had the Parmesan-Crusted Chicken and it calls for the chicken to be baked in an oven. Instead, I cooked the chicken on my skillet on top of our single portable induction countertop cooktop burner and it turned out great! Not as crispy of course, but nonetheless, super delicious. There was no left overs! My husband and kids ate it all and my hubby exclaimed that this was the best meal ever! Thank you HelloFresh for helping me make dinners so delicious and delightful with my family.
