It is time to join the DivaCup movement! What does that mean? It means empowerment, freedom, and less stress during that special time of the month. Why didn’t anyone tell me about the DivaCup sooner? This brilliant femcare product allows you to spend more time on things that matter and less time and expense on period care. Let’s shout “hurrah” for that!
For those who have never heard of or seen a DivaCup, what exactly is it? The DivaCup is a reusable, bell-shaped silicone menstrual cup. The silicone is 100 percent healthcare grade silicone. It is comfortable for both girls and women of all ages to use. One of the many benefits of using a DivaCup is that it provides up to 12 hours of leak-free protection. Isn’t that fabulous?
Menstrual cups date back to the 1930s, when women were searching for alternatives to the current options of the time. Yet, its breakthrough into the feminine hygiene industry is much more recent.
I really wished I had tried this alternative menstrual care product sooner. It would have freed me from stress and anxiety of possible leakage and save me on last minute visits to the drug store to buy tampons and maxi pads.
Best Kept Secrets About the DivaCup

The choice is easy when deciding upon which size is right for you. The DivaCup is available in two sizes: Model 1 and Model 2. I use the DivaCup Model 2. It sits low at the base of your vaginal canal and is easy to insert and remove.
- DivaCup® Model 1: Recommended for women under the age of 30 who have never delivered vaginally or by caesarean section.
- DivaCup® Model 2: Recommended for women age 30 and over/or for women who have delivered vaginally or by caesarean section.

It is amazing how things that were old can come back and be so useful and protective even today. I have very heavy periods sometimes so i would like to try this especially for those days
This does sound like a worthwhile alternative to pads and tampons. I like how simple and reusable it is!

I have heard of the Diva Cup before but haven’t tried it. I have a low cervix so I’m not sure if I can use one. I will have to talk to my doctor.
I’ve heard of these before, but have never tried one. I will tell my friends who might be interested in using one about this brand.
I am glad there are options women can use during their periods. I like that this Diva Cup would allow women to continue with their activities even during their period, especially women/girls who are actively involved in sports.
Never heard of the diva cup before and wouldn’t mind using it, but would like to know if it contains any chemicals. A lot of these products made for women and periods contain certain chemicals that are unsafe for women. I’ll have to look further into it before trying it. Thanks love!

I have never heard of this but I have never been comfortable inserting anything and never worn tampons in my life lol I am more comfortable sticking to wearing pads. I will have to share this to one of my friends that might be interested in trying this:)
I really do need to try this. Out of everything, washing the cup is the part that intimidates me the most. Is it messy??

I have never tried this, always been a tampon gal myself! But thanks for sharing, I definitely learned more about them!
I’ve thought about trying a DIVA cup but am a bit apprehensive. I recently tried something similar that you dispose of every 12 hours and they didn’t work. It would be nice not to have to buy tampons every month, even if I get the organic kind.
