Happy Monday my friends! Over the years I have really honed in on my skin care routine. To be honest with you, my steps are quite simple to incorporate into your daily routine and all can be done at home. No need to take any expensive trips to the spa or expensive beauty gadgets. 5 Steps to Beautiful Skin
Drink Water: I find that drinking water improves my skin health dramatically. Give your body a steady flow of water all day, not just when you are thirsty. When I have a stable balance of water intake, my skin is hydrated and looks plumper. Plump skin minimizes the look of aging. Have a water bottle handy in your purse, car, and while running errands. Also, ask for water instead of soda when dining out.
Clean Face: Do your face a favor and clean it every morning and night. The constant onslaught of sweat, oil, debris, makeup, skincare products, etc., can wreak havoc on your face if you don’t remove the film day and night. I make it a goal to go to bed with a cleansed face and neck. In the morning, I will do one of two things, clean my face again with my favorite cleanser or take a cotton pad with toner and wipe my face clean on mornings I am in a rush.
Silk Pillowcase: You don’t need to ask me twice to go to bed! I love going to sleep. My bed is one of the most favorite places for me to visit! I was introduced to sleeping on a silk pillowcase a couple of years ago and I have never gone back. The silk reduces sleep lines and creases on the face. Great tips! I am really good about drinking water, but I only tend to wash my face once per day. I never thought of the difference with a silk pillowcase, I’ll have to try it next time I need one!

My wife always use Olay products. She has a daily routine when it comes to her skin. I don’t know if she already use this, but I’ll share this to her.
I am a big fan of Olay as a brand, I feel like they never fail to provide what they promise! I love the idea of a whip product though I havent seen these before so I will definitely be checking them out!

Olay is always a great brand for skin care products. I can confidently say this because I have watched my mother and grandmother use it. The maintained their beautiful skin for a long time! I use Olay too, and I have also recommended it to my daughter.
Just the name alone makes me want to try this moisturizer. Having a great moisturizer in your skincare routine is so important especially when you have dry skin that needs extra hydration.
