This is horrible to admit but I never really think about WHAT exactly is in my hair care products! Ha! I read all the food labels in the world but hair care, MEH… So bad! I need to pay WAY MORE attention!
I do not currently use a plant base or natural base for washing my hair but would be open to it. It would be nice to incorporate more natural products in my daily routines.
I need to look into this. My hair does well through the winter, but once it starts warming up, like now, I start putting my hair in a ponytail a lot more often and it ends up breaking more when I do.
